Duvall, Carnation, North Bend, Snoqualmie and Covington all want to grow. The Puget Sound Regional Council, which oversees the growth and development of the region, says not too big and not too fast. Who gets to decide how rapidly a city grows?

Sound Transit has been spending millions on marketing for their ST3 proposal. Is it spending too much or just the right amount?

Democrats in the House of Representatives held a historic “sit-in” in Congress this week. They want the House to hold a vote on gun legislation that would ban people on the No Fly List from purchasing guns. How effective was their protest?

We'll tackle these subjects and more!

Listen to the live discussion Friday at noon, join in by following @KUOW and using #KUOWwir. Audio from the show will be available online to listen or podcast by 3 p.m.
