Wier Harman

Wier Harman is the Executive Director of Town Hall Seattle, a position he has held since 2005. In the early 1990s, he directed plays and was marketing manager at Seattle’s Annex Theatre.
While at Actor’s Express Theatre in Atlanta, Wier won Best Director and Best New Talent awards from the local press.
In addition to his artistic work, he spent five years in commercial radio (as National Sales Manager of KMPS in the early 90s) and written Fodor’s Travel Guides of Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.
A native of Virginia, Wier is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (1989) and studied directing at Yale School of Drama (1999). He is married to Barbara Sauermann.
