Susan Sigl

Susan has an extensive executive background financial management, organizational leadership and company building.  Her expertise includes strategic planning and execution, business modeling, financial analysis, board service, capital formation, M&A transactions, and investor relations.  Susan’s career has focused on the technology and venture capital industries and also includes oil & gas, commercial real estate, and non-profit enterprises.

Susan is currently the Interim CFO of Visual Vocal, an early stage venture-backed technology company, and an advisor to the Women’s Venture Capital Fund.  She was previously a financial consultant with CFO Selections and prior to that the President & CEO of the Washington Technology Industry Association.  Susan was a co-founder and general partner of SeaPoint Ventures.

Susan has been actively involved in Northwest organizations. She was a Board Director of the Technology Alliance, the Puget Sound Regional Council and the World Trade Center.  Susan was a mentor in the University of Washington’s MBA Mentor Program as well as a UW visiting MBA faculty member. She served as an Advisory Board member of UW Bothell and of Seattle University’s Entrepreneurship Center.  On the national front Susan was an Executive Committee member of TECNA (Technology Councils of North America).

Susan holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Washington.  She enjoys hiking, yoga, nurturing life-long friendships, reading and enjoying the arts in general.
