Haeryung Shin

Haeryung Shin is a corporate and business transactional lawyer in private practice, representing technology and high growth companies and investors in all stages of the business cycle. She specializes in corporate finance and technology transactions.

Prior to her career in law, Haeryung was a singer/songwriter and session musician in New York City and Boston.

Formerly a member of WBUR Boston, Haeryung discovered KUOW in 2004 upon relocating to the Pacific Northwest and has never looked back. She lives in North Capitol Hill with her husband and daughter.
