OK, you procrastinators – you’ve get a very short time to get your ballot in to make sure it’s counted.
All ballots must be postmarked today or dropped in a ballot drop box by 8 p.m. tonight.
The Washington Secretary of State’s Office warns that trying to mail your ballot this late may mean it doesn’t get postmarked in time.
Kim Ekstrom with King County elections office said that if you arrive at a box too late and there’s a line, you’re out of luck.
“If you're not already at a drop box and in line prior to 8 p.m. -- we have atomic clocks at all of our drop box locations -- you are not by law allowed to vote,” she said.
