Today's Supreme Court decision: a 'license to break the law'?

The Notorious RBG was likely wearing her dissent collar this morning, as she issued a scathing rebuttal to the majority decision in today's case. At issue? A 5-4 ruling that upheld the ability of employers to force employees into individual arbitration. 

That may seem wonky and far away, but a Slate piece declared that the move would effectively legalize wage theft. University of Washington law professor Eric Schnapper agrees. Schnapper has handled over 80 Supreme Court cases, and sat down with Bill Radke to talk this one through.
