UPDATE: Since our conversation with O'Sullivan more details have emerged about the state budget. Lawmakers have not released details of the state budget but a Senate briefing from the Democrats show an agreement that would give $7.3 billion total statewide investment to schools over four years. Lawmakers are expected to hold a vote Friday.
