Seattle Democrat Jim McDermott represents Washington’s 7^th congressional district. He currently serves as a senior member of the House Ways and Means Committee, which is responsible for writing tax law, and he’s the ranking member on the House Subcommittee on Health.  Jim McDermott is currently serving his 12^th term in congress and he joins Ross Reynolds for an in-studio interview.
