Robin DiAngelo has studied issues of racial and social justice and whiteness for decades. Her new book is, "White Fragility: Why It's So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism."

She joins us to talk about defining racism, what white fragilty is, and  if white people should feel guilty.  We're also joined by Kyana Wheeler of Racial Equity Consultants. She works with the city of Seattle's Race and Social Justice Initiative.
