The Democratic National Convention made history Tuesday evening: Amid applause, shouts, cheers and in some cases tears, the delegates on the floor of the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia nominated Hillary Clinton for president of the United States.
Clinton is now the first female presidential candidate of a major American party.
He was one of the light operators on Tuesday night – seated behind the stage, far above the delegates at the DNC in Philly.
And he looked how many people feel right now – done with the whole shebang. KUOW reporter David Hyde was there on a break, eating a Chick-fil-A sandwich, when he captured this brief moment during the roll call for Hillary Clinton's nomination.
